Project Details
Expected to break ground in October 2023. Cottages at 4th are 15 detached condos that live like single-family homes. Homes range in size from 1860 sf to 2008 sf, 3 & 4 bedroom with 2.5 baths and 2-car garages. All homes will have their own lots and private backyards. There is a common area park with picnic tables and room for the kids and pets. Starting in the Mid $500's.
